visable veins under skin like my skin is thinning out.

I was gonna post the same thing, and i'm only 36. And in good shape.

Over the last 6 months or so especially. What would cause this ?

Even though no blood work confirms this, i'm having slight worries that I might have liver cirrhosis and was wondering if maybe esophageal varices could cause this ? pressure on the portal vein, can that cause veins on the legs & penis to be more noticeable and blue ?
