Q: Virus encephalitis ?

Below is his symptoms:

4/12 Fever 40 Celsius, went to hospital
4/13,14 Recovered a little bit, back to school
4/15 Went home after school, problem aggravate, doctor thought it is brain fever /meningitis

4/16 8:00 went to hospital, got epilepsy on the way, passed out with white foams out of mouth. send to hospital. Briefly diagnosed as virus encephalitis

4/17 Doctor says it is not only virus encephalitis, the virus has also damaged liver and lung and such organs.

4/18 Went stable, but still have fever, still in coma. Have been in coma for 3 days.

4/19 Doctor scratches his foot, have some reaction. His mother touches his hands, strong reaction.

4/20 Stable, virus in liver and lung no more aggravation. Still fever and coma.

422 No fever. whole body cramps frequency reduced from at most 20 times a day to once a day.

4/23 still a little fever, no more cramp.

4/24 stable, water in one lung due to long time lying in bed.

4/25 no fever, coma.

4/28 less sedative

4/26-5/1 no cramp, no fever, coma

5/2 relapse, fever

5/3 no fever

till now (may,10) stable, coma

The patient had had chickenpox 2 months before this incidence. Doctor said that the sickness was caused by the reactivation of the chickenpox virus later when the patient's immunity was low.

Now due to the cramp, the doctor has to use sedative. But due to the sedative, the patient cannot wake from coma. Don't know if the west has some magical medicine could help that? If you have some advice, it would be really nice to write me.
