okay, im a virgin and not sexually active and i get a lot of white/clear discharge and if i don't wipe periodically it forms an odd smelling white/light yellow substance. I've already taken pills for yeast infection and i saw no change and its still going on! what is wrong with me?!

This is completely normal. This discharge you are describing sounds like just normal cervical mucous that is part of every woman's cycle. What does the substance smell like? If it is extremely foul, or if it smells yeasty (like beer or bread) then it could be a yeast infection or a different type of infection, but if it isn't extremely offensive it might just be the normal scent of your discharge. Go see a doctor if you are worried.
