Hi curious1234567,

You are smart to empower yourself with as much knowledge about std as possible. Although you didn't say but I assume you are a virgin at the very young age of 13. Virgins can get std the very first time they have mouth to mouth sexual intercourse or penis to virgina intercourse. You are not at risk of getting std from a cut unless you get some infected blood into your mouth or virginia, wrestling would not be a high risk factor.
Yes, sometimes reading up on all the sexually transmitted diseases and how one can contract it can be overwhelming as you pointed out but it is very important to know the facts so you can make an informed decision, hopefully not until many years later before becoming sexually active. Take your time you are worth the wait.

God Bless,

Faded Rose

There are some STDs that can be spread without sex but it is difficult to accomplish. There are a lot of health risks out there beyond STDs. A normal level of caution and good hygene protects most of the world from them. Be informed, take care of your immune system and of course use protection when you decide you're ready for sex.
Good luck!
