I haven't heard of anything like that,
unless you are having anal sex. In which
case it's possible.

Well, if you not having anal sex, then if
you are bleeding from the rectum (or have
blood in your stool) I would suggest that
you see your doctor. Then again, if you
are having anal sex and this is causing
bleeding then you should get that fixed
and look at better ways to do it anally.
