Recently, along with a newly diagnosed anemia and an inactive thyroid, I've been experiencing a 'vibration' in the right (I think) side of my head and for a split second or two, it's disorienting. I have been taking close to 700mg of ferrous sulphate (liquid iron) a day as prescribed since Feb 27th. I am not on any thyroid med, but I will soon. I do get visual migrains from time to time, but no pain, just the 'jagged lines' in my vision. It goes away in 15 minutes or less usually. And, I don't get them all the time. I am concerned about stroke. My last CBC said my blood levels were fairly low, I had less than 1 (ferritin) ..no stored iron in my cells.. Iron level WAS 6.1, tho I felt fine. Or could this be migraine/vertigo related? I noticed this at work last week when I bent over (to my right) to pick something up. It has also happened today 2-3 times, and only last for a second or two then the feeling disappears. It's a bit scary. I appreciate any info. Thanks.
