Please don't type in all caps.

If you are very obese, it is not a far-fetched idea that you could possibly be spending your last days here on earth. I know that isn't something that you would want to hear, given your anxiety, but it is true and you need to face this problem before it does take you to the last day.

This fullness in your chest could be a sign of not only anxiety, but also of heart disease or in inability of your lungs to cope with the exertion of dealing with your high weight and low activity level. They are out of shape.

It is important that you see a doctor and get evaluated on what to do to turn your life around. If you are unable to start a diet, some kind of surgery to help you lose weight might be the best option for you. Please schedule an appointment with a doctor as soon as you can.

Once you start losing all those extra pounds you will feel like a new man and may not have as many of the other symptoms you are now experiencing.

Best of luck to you.
