I have a very strange headache. Its really really warm here outside and my head feel ice and ice cold from the inside.

I almost always have ear and eye pressure and the doctor says its anxiety though my anxiety scales are very low.

I noticed that in the sauna i have the same 'problem'. My head feels icecold even when i;m in a sauna with 100 degrees celcius.

What can this be?
