very sore breast

Both My breasts are very sore. this has been for about 5 days now. Just to push on them a little hurts really bad. about 2 weeks ago my right breast had a "i beleive, swollen gland and was swelled and hard, I popped it and drained it." I dont; know if this is realated or not. They just hurt really bad, not in one spot, seems to be the whole breast. My daughter layed on my chest watching tv and i almost cryed. I am not preganant, and it is not due to my period, that is 2 weeks away. This has never happened before. I recently had a mammogram last july, everything was normal. I am 32. Should I see a doctor? Could this be cancer related?
