Q: very smelly brown vaginal discharge

i am having very smelly brownish discharge and more so when me and my fiance are having sex i am not having any other symptoms but it happens more when i am menstrating i do not have any medical insurance yet i am getting insurance but i have to wait for 4 or 5 more months until i am able to see a doc what could this be and what can i do
