Q: very pale stool

For the last 2 days my stool has been very,very pale. I ate 2 microwavable clam chowders (white) 2 or 3 nights ago and thought that might be the reason, but I think that should be out of my system already. I have also been eating almonds.
Other than that, I feel ok and have not noticed anything out of the ordinary except for the stool color.
Could a serious cause like hep c or cancer cause my symptom start suddenly like this?

I don't know if this matters but I take 150 of Flecainide twice a day, a 240mg extended release Diltiazem once a day, a regular aspirin, and a 15(?) mg Lipitor once a day.
