Hello,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If your ovaries are functional, and if you had been sexually active without additional protection around your ovulation time (or when fertile mucus had been present), chances of pregnancy are possible. Missed periods can also be early indication of menopausal onset. The exact cause for your symptoms can only be made out after careful examination and evaluation. Visit your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for further examination and assistance. Hormonal analysis done will help to confirm/rule out menopausal onset. If pregnancy is suspected, go ahead with getting thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Treatment as appropriate (based on examination results and investigation results) would be started to help you. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
