Getting worried, my doctor seems to think all of my symptoms aren't related. I'm only 21, female, 5'3'', 125-130lbs, not as active since these symptoms started getting worse 4 months ago:

Very loud stomach noises
Light pain and irritation accompanying stomach noises
Steady light pain on the right side of my lower abdomen
Joints making popping noises when I move
Blood in the veins of my calves periodically feel like they're "gushing"
Lower back pain
Lack of energy and sex drive
Hair loss

What I know I do suffer from:
Major clinical depression (treated w/ citolopram)
Anxiety (treated w/ vistraril)
Anemia (treated w/ iron supplements)
Insomnia (treated w/ trazadone)
(undiagnosed) OCD

Any suggestions? I took a home pregnancy test, if I was expecting I would have conceived about 6 weeks ago. The test was negative (thank god!!). I looked into IBS but I've never had problems with my bowels until recently. Please help!

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

From the description provided, your symptoms could be associated due to increased peristalytic movements associated with anxiety and stress.

You might consult a gastroenterologist, who can help you with medications to reduce the hypermotility of your intestines, after a proper physical examination.

I hope this helps
