Q: very long to ejaculate

i am 16 years old and it usually takes me about half an hour or sometimes even longer to ejaculate. if i even get my mind close to getting off topic i will become soft right away and is sort of hard to get going again. i dont understand whats wrong? i also cannot mastubate without some sort of luberication. i am circumcised if that has anything to do with it
