we are trying to give birth to a baby since 4 months, last month my period cycle got preponed by 10 days and i had a major bleeding for 4 days, with doctors advice we planned out the days for having sex last month.

This month i had a very light period for 2 days and it stopped on the third day, i am feeling little extra hungry now a days.

I had taken a home pregnancy test 2 days before the period and the result was negative.

Kindly suggest what could be the reason.
