Q: Very irregular period

im 23 and my period is very irregular. and it has been since i first started gettin my period. but it has been really irregular within the past year and a half. i have only gotten it maybe 4 times. my last time was in may of this year. does anyone have any ideas as to why its like this, or what could be wrong with me. i really need help.

Extremely eHealthy

If you exercise a lot (gymnast, dancing, running etc.) or are really thin it will happen.

You should speak to your doctor. They can test your hormone levels and try to get you more regular.
