Very high hip bones

I am 18 years old and have very high hip bones.I was wondering could I get them removed or replaced so I can look slimmer?

Welcome to the forum and I am glad to help you out. I can understand your agony and anxiety. However, my sincere suggestion will be to avoid going in for any surgical procedure for the same as there's always a risk of some aberration in the surgery resulting in an abnormal gait and then there will be no point in repenting later. I agree with Anand, surgery do not have positive results, it can be negative also so its better for you to exercise to reduce hip fat by cycling etc., It will help you.

High, wide hip bones
i dont have any hip fat- at ALL. and i have wide, high hip bones. (im 13)... is there anything i can do to help it? it looks like i have a muffin top ... Sad
