Confused, just don't know what to do. do i go to the hospital, already went to the doctors.

here is what i'm feeling.
dizziness,nauseated very slight,migraines,ringing in the ears,shaky,vision disturbances,intense pain in

upper back and neck,heart palpatations, at times such as walking up stairs feel winded and legs feel fatigued

does'nt last long. i could feel fine, like right now feel preety good besides the palpatations and shaky

feeling. this all started over one month ago. although some symptoms i suffer from on a daily basis, before

the vertigo. my question is what should i do?
