I have this problem getting dizzy not very often, its like i have it 4 times a year but in very short period , its been happening since i was a small boy my mother took me to different doctors they made all the tests and never found anything . And about a year ago I went to a professor of e.n.t and he told me there's nothing you can do about it, its just a condition and there's nothing to worry about ,but it really makes me angry cause one day Im ok next day im dizzy, some people youse to tell that it will stop when you get bigger but know im 29 years old . I just hope that some one can give some info .
thanks in advance . Question

If this only happens to you within a short window period --- what are some things that might trigger an episode? What is there in common between these periods of time?

Furthermore, a sudden drop in blood pressure or being dehydrated can make you dizzy. Many people feel lightheaded if they get up too quickly from sitting or lying down.

Dizziness usually gets better by itself or is easily treated. However, it can be a symptom of other disorders. Medicines may cause dizziness, or problems with your ear. Motion sickness can also make you dizzy. There are many other causes.
