verge of heartbreak

m 20 yrs old. i hv bin wid a guy fr ovr 2 yrs now. he loves me a lot but i keep hurting him in innumerable ways. i hav a lot of male frenz n he is damn possessive about it. that why we fite n i end up hurting him. m jst very casual wid all of my frenz and dat bothers him. i know we dnt hv a future togthr but i love him. he said he dsnt wanna be wid me now as he dsnt want to get hurt again n again. what should i do? plz advice
