Is there nothing I can do to " cure " my venous insufficency?

The only sympton I have is that my left leg is very swollen.
I could stand to loose 20 lbs. How much would that help?
How much would it help if I started walking 3 times a day.


I am not sure the above will help me get rid of venous insufficiency.
But shouldnt this keep it from getting worse.


How do I totally get rid of my venous insufficiency?
