So as far as I can remember I have had veins exactly behind my testicle. Today I woke up with my testicle upside down, I know it was upside down because I have a cyst at the top of my testicle on the epidydis. After waking up with my testicle upside down I did some research as to whether it's normal or not. I came across a condition know as varicocele. I felt my testicle and I have around 6 veins directly behind my tesicle, on the images concerning varicocele the veins start above the testicle and go down.

do I have this condition, should I go to the doctor or is it nothing to worry about? I am concerned as I have read it can cause infertility.

thanks.
