Q: Veins in Neck

On either side of my neck...more so my left, I randomly get the same feeling you would get when you swallow a pill the wrong way and you can feel it moving slowing and slightly painfully down your throat. It feels like something is going through the vein. It goes away but not sure if this is something to be concerned with. I could be just sitting at my desk doing no activity.

Visible Veins
I have been having these symptoms for a whole year, along with tinnitus, dryish mouth, tiredness, nausea, headaches, etc. It has become quite excruciating and sometimes I even feel like I'm going to choke! I've been to many doctors, ran many different blood tests and everything seems normal. I hope someone knows what this is and would share, please.
