Q: Vein like lump

About a week ago i got vein like lumps right under the head of my penis. It is always pretty stiff, but i believe it is a vein because it goes from side to side and it seems to go "dissappear" into the shaft. I dont know how i recieved this, i have had protected sex with my partner all the time.

Can any of you tell me how i recieved this, and what i can do about it?

I suggest that you see a urologist ASAP. A visual inspection will help you diagnose the lump(s) and can set your mind at ease. And a urologist can talk about prevention, treatment and cause for the symptoms....plus, these penis specialists are usually not embarrassed by these things.
