Where is the swelling located exactly?
Was the pain sudden and severe?
Do you feel nauseous?
Is this pain made worse by movement, coughing or sneezing?

After looking around it was the left vas deferens and a bit of the epididymis. The pain was right where the epididymis was, maybe on the testicle as well. Was almost like being kicked in the balls but not nearly as bad. The pain was only made worse when walking or adjusting my legs while sitting.

It doesn't seem to be there at all today, would this mean it was just a little injury or something?
