I am a male 52 y.o.a. The varicose veins in my legs become very engorged and painful after an ejaculation. I also have varicoceles in my scrotum, they don't bother me. I am sure that ther is a connection between the ejaculation (hormones?, upstream veinous reflux?) and the pain that lasts for 30 minutes to several hours.
A CT scan shows Vena cava clear. I have treatment planned for the veins in my legs but I am concerned that doctors can not explain the connection.
