Q: varicocele

My husband was diagnosed to have cyst in his scrotum (is it what they call varicocele?) My concern now is regarding our sexual activity. I used to swallow his semen and it's been a long time i never did due to his cyst in his scrotum. Is it still safe to swallow my husband's semen despite the fact that he has a cyst or varicocele? I just really wanna be clarified on this matter.
