You should find out the cause for superficial bulging veins (varices) before starting any treatment. If the cause for varices is disturbed blood circulation in the deep leg veins (complication after DVT) you mustn’t treat such superficial enlarged veins because after the DVT they became the only veins for blood out from the leg(s). By removing the varices there will remain no veins for carrying the blood out from the leg. Varices that are due to complication after DVT are called secondary varices. You had DVT in the past so your varices might be secondary. Secondary varices must not be treated.

If bulging veins are primary (not due to any known cause - idiopathic) and cause you to have a great esthetic defect in the genital area you can treat them with sclerotisation or remove them surgically. Only primary varices can be treated.

You may want to consult a vascular surgeon about the varices problem.

Amenorrhea indicates that there is something wrong with the axis hypothalamus-pituitary-ovaries. It is very important to find out if there are ovulations present or not. Without ovulations pregnancy is impossible. If there are no ovulations you may need ovulation stimulators.
You may want to consult a gynecologist about the amenorrhea.
