Vaginal Yeast Infection
You can go down to the drug store or other kind of store such as Walmart, and buy a product called Monistat, or a generic form of it and treat it yourself. You don't need a doctor. If It doesn't get well from this medication, then maybe you should see a doctor because it could be somethign that needs a prescription.

Right, you could have a urinary tract infection, which is a whole different thing from a yeast infection. Both can cause pain when urinating, and lots of discomfort. If you're like me and you've had both of these things from time to time over the years, then you will be pretty good at telling which one it is. In general, a yeast infection usually has a white or cottage cheese like substance on it or coming from it. Also, a yeast infection usually has itching all the way to the anus, but a UTI usually is not going to make the anus uncomfortable.

If you are positive it's a yeast infection, you can go get some monistat and treat it yourself...no doctor needed. They actually have a new Monistat yeast infection test kit. But you know, if there is a cottage cheese like substance coming out and it itches and burns, then it's a yeast infection. I have had two before and Monistat did the trick.
