I see whitish tissue near entrance to vagina. No pain, itching or discharge. Could be from irritation of bike saddle? Not cyst-like. Post-menopause, 11 years post-LASH.

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

White vaginal discharge if not associated with pain, itching or burning could be a normal one but if there is change in colour and consistency then could be due to infection. If it is a small mass like thing then could be even slightly prolapsed uterus due to laxity.
Bike saddle as such should not cause discharge.Wait for few days.Follow general hyiegenic measures.Avoid douching, bubble bath, spray use etc.Id it persists then consider visiting a Gynaecologist for evaluation.
Take care!
