Q: Vaginal tightness 4 months after delivery??

Hi all.

I had my baby 4 months back and I still have some tightness down there.. How long does this last? Is this normal? I was diagnosed with Bacterial infection and have been cleared of it finally. I still dont find the tightness gone.. Pls help!!

It's normal. Your vagina will slowly loosen to normal as you continue to be sexually active. Just remember to take things slow and use plenty of lubricant. Sex is the best cure for that extreme tightness, as uncomfortable as it might be.
