Am pregnant with our 3rd child n i feel like i've gotten wide.
I've done the kegel excercise quite regulary but i seem not to see any changes, now am wondering when should one use one of those tightening viginal creams (i think its called Lady Serum, or something like that) after birth,n wat should i be doing in the meantime during ma pregnancy????
