How do vaginal tightening creams affect the effectiveness of birth control such as barrier methods?

my personal opinion is you dont need the cream. kegle exercises works wonders.
this is an exercise like you try to stop your urine flow. if you squeeze your vaginal muscles at lease 20 times a day, it can tighten your muscles.
i am living proof that it works!
