Q: vaginal swelling after sex

i have had two children, although my sex life tends to be off and on i have noticed after rough sex the inside off my vagina just at the entrance becomes swollen however this has only happened twice,... should i be concerned the first time it was like a blood build up. but the 2nd time it was clear.

I think you solved it yourself: "rough sex"

The vagina is a delicate organ and will react to being mishandled, just like your lips of your mouth will swell up and get red from being bumped and rubbed hard
