Q: vaginal spotting and cervical dysplasia

Hi,
I was diagnosed with HPV and mild cervical dysplasia last December. I had a colposcopy, and the decision was made to "watch things" and have regular pap smears. My last pap smear was 2 weeks ago, and everything was unchanged from the last one.

In these last 2 weeks, I have experienced vaginal spotting with very small amounts of blood. this doesn't come after sex or really with any warning, and I am not on my period. Is this something that I should be concerned about? it happens maybe once a week and with no rhyme or reason.

My sister ended up having the LEEP procedure done because her dysplasias had progressed to a point of needing that done. She had experienced vaginal spotting for a year prior to having that procedure.

I had cervical dysplasia about 15 years ago when my pap results came back abnormal. They ran a 2nd pap and it still was abnormal which at that time, my gyn did a biopsy. It came back with dysplasia. He recommended cryotherapy. I had it done and my paps have been good since then.

spotting for 6 days one week before my period.

Im wondering why I have spotting for the second time. The first time I had spotting was on the 14th day after my menstration which is supposed to be my fertile cycle and it took 4 days of spotting, then I was delayed for 7 days which I was thought that Im already pregnant. And now again Im experiencing spotting its like a brown color and sometimes pinkish color, what does it mean? Am I possibly pregnant in this condition?
