Vaginal / pubic itching

after i had my baby and my fiance started having sex again, we used condoms because i didnt have birth control yet. we havent used condoms in a few years. anyway, shortly after i developed a bump above my vagina that looked like a zit and popped like a zit and is now gone, then developed a rash where my underwear sits, like on the inside of my thighs. looks like heat rash and gets worse when sweaty like heat rash does. fiance has it too but he's had heat rash bad and always gets it bad because we're overweight. anyways, there is no rash in the pubic hair area but still itchy. now, 1 month and 1/2 later, the inside of my vaginal lips (not inside the vagina itself though) is itchy and red and looks raw kind of. there is a clearish dischcarge but i had a baby only 2 and 1/2 almost 3 months ago. i also had mirena put in like a month after this started. had the same partner for over 6 years and only been with eachother that i know of. could this all be a result because of the latex condoms? we used them like 5 or 6 times.
