I am almost 30 weeks pregnant, and since Monday I have been having a lot of vaginal pressure that it makes it hard to walk, cross my legs etc. Since yesterday I have been having a really sharp pain in my lower left back. It hurts to walk, sit, lie down. I have tried taking baths and it does not help. Any suggestions and should I be concerned??

I am 22 weeks pregnant and I am having the same issues. Intense vaginal pressure and small cramps and back pain. The only reason I have not started to panic is because the baby won't stop moving
