Vaginal pap smear result Escherichia coli ?

I have has this thick white discharge for a year and a half now it only happens during my ovulation process.I got a pap smaer done in a clinic and the result was Escherichia Coli. I know this bacteria is very dangerous if its in ur tract digestion system but in my case it vaginal.I have very litte research since my promblem is not very common.All i no is that this promblems occurs when you wipe form back to front instead of front to back. I clean myslef properly and also constanly wash it (helps with the discharge). I have tired anitibiotics but it just makes it worse the dischagre becomes extremly anyoing and worse.If anyone could help me it would be life changing thank you.
