Q: vaginal lumps

So, about three days ago I was taking a shower and was shaving when I noticed a little cluster of lumps on the outside of my vagina. I started freaking out. Well, my husband and I were both tested in the last year both of us clean. So, I'm freaking out ALOT. I keep wondering if maybe the test were wrong or what. I'm making an appointment tomorrow. i just need a lil' piece of mind i guess.
