Hi,Let me first start off by saying that i am 18 and not sexually active but i do have sex. About a few months ago my vaginal area started itchin very bad. prior to the itchin i used a tampon before the tampon i was fine. after using the tampon that's when the itchin started. months before that i had got tested for any std's and i had none and haden't had sex since i was tested! after a while the itchin became unbareable and i went to a doctor. i had no sings of a discharge or an odor so my doctor ruled out bv becuse i wasn't having sex at the time. the doctor told me it might be a yeast infection so they gave me a pill for it. three to five days after taking the pill the itching was still there. One night the itchin became so unbareable that i irritated my vagina so bad that it started bleeding so i put some vaseline down there hoping it would calm the itching. it stoped long enough for me to get some rest but when i woke up i had a white milky discharge with an itch, but still no odor. I only itch when i have to use the rest room and then i'm fine but still with a discharge. i don't go back to the doctor for another two weeks or so but i don't know what to do. can someone please help util then? and is it safe to have procted sex?

you need to buy some thrush cream the pill the doctor gave you was for thrush but the infection is just stronger than the pill was i suspect Smile if you didnt have sex after you were tested for std's then its not possible for it to be sexual. And you are sexually active anyone who has sex is sexually active or did you mean you have not been sexually active since testing i guess you did that would make more sense good luck im sure you have nothing worse than thrush and thrush cream is available from any pharmacy/drug store so theres no need to wait
