Sounds like a yeast infection, but it could be bacterial vaginosis. Tell her to go to the store and buy one of those screening kits that test for vaginal infections. She needs to know which is causing the problem because the medication for one will not cure the other. Once she knows what it is, she can buy the right medication over-the-counter.
