Q: Vaginal itching and rash

hi!
4 months ago I developed vaginal itching during my period, i developed a red, flakey rash that went from the bottom of the vagina to around my anal area I used clonea anti fungal cream on the rash which cleared it up in 2-3 days. Full STD tests and swabs for thrush have all come back negative except for HPV and HSV1. I had 3 gardasil injections before being sexual active
I was on Estelle 35ED birth control pill, i stopped using this month to see if that was the problem i have only ever had sex (all kinds) with my boyfriend. We havent engaged in sex during this time. The itching and redness have persisted. Using anti fungal cream helps but isn't curing anything. If i look closely I have small bumps that start near my vagina and go up half way on my labia, this is more or less where it's itchy, but My Dr told me it was just blocked glands. Also the skin can sometimes look rubbed and raw near these little bumps.
What is going on with me!!! could this be due to the HPV??

According to the data you reported, you might be experiencing chronic inflammation of the vagina. The negative yeast tests rule out the possibility for yeast infection. Other possibilities are: viral infection (HPV or HSV) or contact allergy. You might want to ask for second opinion from another gynecologist about the bumps, because it is really hard to say what they are without seeing them. Contact allergy is possible if you use the same brand of condoms or lubricants and the symptoms aggravate after intercourse.
