asked by: DoctorQuestion on July 23rd, 2008
I'm forteen years old and have not had any sexual contact. I've noticed a white sore in my vaginal area. it also hurts if any pressure is on it. Is this natural or a serious problem? what is it?

Vaginal and Uterus Health Answer A4446
List of other diseases, conditions, or injuries and their treatment: about a day before i noticed the sore, my vagina was bleeding but it was not my menstrual period.
Have a diagnosis for the current condition: no
Current medical status: i have not been to the doctor recently and last time it was just a check up which came out that I'm healthy
Current medical treatment: I am not currently taking any medications

That white sore in your vaginal area could represent an infection. It is not normal and you should consult a gynecologist about this.
