vaginal infections and their treatment
Vaginal discharge with odd color and smelling is probably due to a kind of vaginal infection (colpitis). Colpitis caused by yeast infection (soor vaginale) is a very common condition but since Miconasole 7 didn’t help you, you may have a kind of bacterial infection (bacterial vaginosis) which requires different treatment (antibiotics).

There is nothing you can do but to visit a gynecologist for a vaginal examination. Microbiological and PAP tests can be requested to confirm the vaginal infection and identify its provoker.

I don’t recommend you to try any medicine on your own, without consulting a professional.
