There are several possibilities:

If you were a virgin he might have broken your hymen and that’s why there was bleeding.

Rough fingering with long fingernails can cause injury and bleeding.

Bleeding may not be caused by fingering at all (menstruation, spotting etc.).

Your symptoms (bleeding, painful urination and yellowish vaginal discharge) could indicate a vaginal infection. That infection may be and may not be due to fingering. But if fingering was rough and with contaminated fingers it could cause a vaginal infection.

You may want to visit your gynecologist for an examination.
