vaginal fluid with itchy rash

Hi! good day!

after my period i have been getting a rash around my anus and my vaginal area as well as vaginal fluid, more than usual. the rash is red and the skin raised, can get extrmely itchy. it doesn't hurt when i pee, but i do feel wet all the time and have to go to the bathroom constenly to wipe. its very annoying. I dont know what it is or how to get rid on it. im married but my husband is too far from me.since then i have no menstrual period.it start february 2009 until now.
