Hi... I would recommend you seek advice from your gynocologist. I actually had some scab-like things appear on my elbows, and was told by my dermatologist that he was a bit surprised that it's lichen-sclerosis, and that usually the scabs appear in the vaginal region. The bad news is he said it usually spreads and there's really no cure for it since it's auto-immune.
Some good news is that I started taking this natural product called Transfer Factor for ITP: ITP is an auto-immune definiciency disorder which makes your body destroy your own platelets. In other words, a bleeding disorder. Ever sinceI started taking Transfer Factor my ITP is gone, and teh scabs stopped appearing and are healing up slowly but surely.
I hope this helps!
