Hello, I have a question. I have really bad pain from being raw down in my vagina area. There are splits, open cut like splits below the opening of my vagina as well as near my anus. I do believe this started small from sexual intercourse. What can I put on it to help it heal faster? It hurts to even use the restroom or wipe.

Thanks,
Melissa

Sounds like you have vaginal fissures. The remedies I found are from a site where women experiencing the same thing posted suggestions:
-hydrocortisone/cortisone cream
-use Johnson's soap or Summer's Eve to wash without the burn
-some women went to their doctors who prescribed an estrogen cream that seemed to help

Just out of curiosity, are you on the pill or did you recently switch birth control? That seemed to be the one thing all those women had in common.
