I had a hysterectomy about fifteen years ago, They left one ovary as it was welded to my bladder. Recently I have experienced pink discharge, sometimes brown from my vagina. It smells too. I do suffer periodically from thrush, always have, but this discharge does not seem to be connected to the bouts of thrush. I'm really worried. It does not seem normal..
Shocked

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Brown discharge with foul smell can be indicative of any infection along with hormonal changes going in the body. You require a complete pelvic examination to rule out the exact cause.
Consider visiting a Gynaecologist for evaluation so that appropariate treatment can be started soon.
