So today I have been having a stomach ache, off and on all morning. Then later this evening I felt like I needed to go to the bathroom or pass gas, and I did, but some vaginal discharge game out instead. It was a pinkish/brown color. And now I am feeling extremely bloated and uncomfortable. I've been searching the Web since it is too late to call a doctor and I have been coming up with things like pregnancy, cysts, and ovarian cancer?? If there any answers that would be so extremely helpful. Thanks in advance!

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the cause for the pink/brown vaginal discharge and abdominal cramps that you describe without examining you. It could also suggest possible ovulation bleeding if it occurred during midcycle time. The exact cause can only be made out after careful evaluation done by your doctor/gynecologist. You should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for examination and further evaluation. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination findings and investigations results) would be started to help you. Consider being in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle. Avoid vaginal douching, or use of harsh soap or perfumes in the area. Use loose cotton undergarments and avoid use of tight fitting clothes. Avoid sweat accumulation in the area, and keep the area clean and dry.
Take care.
